Free RAM Space: By closing other running applications press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, to open the Start Task Manager and close all running software. This problem arises due to low RAM.

 

Relaunch the software: Shutting the program down and restarting it can sometimes fix these issues. This problem appears due to newly installed software that may clash with other software.

 

Restart your device: Once the system has fully restarted, re-launch the software, and see if the problem has been fixed. If not get your device to a computer repair center or request a service from us.

 

Get help from software website: Most software merchants give some form of product help, like answers to frequently asked questions or they have a community forum or you can get help from us by requesting a service.

 

Settings: Undo any recent changes to your computer's or laptop settings, and try launching the software again.

 

Uninstall & Reinstall or Update: Sometimes uninstall the software and then reinstall can fix the problem and keep your software update.

 

Scan for viruses and malware: Viruses, spyware, and other sorts of malicious software can cause the software to freeze, crash, or quit working entirely. Always use paid antivirus software.

 

Start in Safe Mode: If you don't have the same problem in safe mode, then the problem is caused by your OS or another program. If the tips listed above haven't solved your problem, it may be the time to service your computer.
