Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hrs.
No cancellations are entertained on offer services. on special occasions and festivals that are celebrated in India like Pongol, Bihu, Durga Puja, Diwali, Eid, Christmas. On these occasion and festival offers there will be no cancellation.
We does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items. However, replacement can be made on some circumstances if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.
Return / Refund Policy
We do not provide any refund on repair and restored services of any computer devices.
We accept return and refund request in some I.T. spares, accessories and components only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Customers will have 3 days after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund.
If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and CASH TRANSACTION orders, refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
